Inside a Berlin creative campus, an office leans into raw concrete, proving that workspace can be both hard-edged and humane.
The shell is left honest: board-marked concrete, exposed services, a floor that records every patch and repair. Rather than soften it, the design lets the structure remain the loudest voice in the room.

Warmth is introduced sparingly through deep-pile rugs, a few upholstered islands and warm task lighting that pools across desks. The contrast makes both registers stronger.

The design lets the structure remain the loudest voice in the room.

Meeting rooms are framed in steel and glass, transparent enough to keep the plan open while carving out the quiet that focused work needs.
